Today as i wake up, i make a different choice.. That is starting my day with exercise.. That i choose to go swimming at my condo.. And this really helps me to be clear in my mind.. And when i look into the mirror today... I feel great.. By telling myself that wow.. Tungie, u know what, u are the most awesome person in the world.. And even the whole world going against you.. Its ok.. I am here with you.. And u just move on and be who you are and do what u believe in!! And yeah.. Universe loves you so much.. Universe will take care of you...
And one of the best thing today is.. I learn about designing my day.. And now universe is really taking care of you.. And universe loves u so much!! And today is a gift from universe!! And today, this universe gives u a blank paper to draw and design.. What u going to design ? And this reminds me of what i love the most comes first.. And yeah.. I choose to add in empowerment conversations, connecting with people, caring about people.. Exercise, having good rest, reading good books!! And yeah.. of coz it starts from a baby step!! And that i choose to slot in the exercise part... And also the phonecall part.. That i called my family at Taiwan which i had been building up relationship with him.. And he is an awesome man!! That with super big heart.. And his name is M!! And this guy... Is really one of my favorite man!!! And is great to catch up with him today!! And share how i feel recently.. And about my growth.. And also asking him about his family.. Hows his thinking recently.. Is he coming back to be log team during the march time? Wow!! Lots of great things to catch up!!! And this helps me to boost up my energy too!! When i am giving, guess what!! I am the one who receive the most!!! Wow!! Amazinggggg!!! Today is my best day!!!
