Today is my best day!! I am awared that wow.. Actually my life totally changed.. That truly it takes one step at a time.. That now i no longer need any attention from others or any acknowledgement from others.. And now im truly honoring my life.. That yea.. I come to a stage of everyday doing the things that is nurturing my heart and spirit is essential.. Like making phone calls, caring about my friends and my family... Applying CV tools in my life.. Meeting up with people i love.. Wow.. These are the important things in my life!! And of coz exercise too!! And these keeps me feels so alive.. Wow.. Once u reveal what you truly love and u have a taste of what truly nurture your heart and spirit.. U will never stop.. And this is the inner burning energy that keeps me moving on and on and on.. That adding value to myself and others truly matters!! And just authentic care about another human being makes a big difference in my life.. Wow!!!
今天是我最美好的一天！！我的觉察是哇！其实我的生命完全的改变了。那真的是要一步一脚印的。。现在的我再也不需要别人的注意或者是别人的认同了。。而现在的我是完全的尊重我的生命。。对了，我的生命阶段来到了每天做这些滋润我的心和灵魂为主的活动。。就像拨电话给我的朋友，家人去关心他们的生活。每天在我生命里运用CV教我的工具。。和我爱的人见面。。 哇！！这些都是我生命中非常重要的事情！！当然也还有运动！！这些都让我感到很有生命力。。哇！！当你揭开了你很爱的还有尝到了这些真正在滋润你的心和灵魂的时候。。。你不会再停下来了。。 这是一股内在在燃烧的一股力量在一直让我往前推。。那为我自己和其他人添加价值真的很重要！！那只是很真诚的关心另一个人就已经在我生命中做出了很大的改变了。。 哇！！
Yea.. We had trained to be winners and wanna be the first.. And that we put ourselves into a competition, a never ending competition till the day that we leave this world.. And yeah.. Guess what.. the ending is the day that we leave.. And yeah we gonna leave anyway.. And why not enjoy our life when we are alive, and by the same time being aware of whats truly adding and whats consuming.. and we are taught to consume but not investing.. And consuming is like doing things that we dont love that is not nurturing our heart.. Thats consuming our life.. And adding life to life... Yeah.. This reminds me in my class.. That CV truly adds more life to my years and also add years to my life.. Yea.. Thank you for coming in to my life.. And welcome to this abundance world!!! Yeaaaa!! Today is my best day!!!!
是的。。我们都被训练成为赢家还有要成为第一名。。然后我们把我们自己放进了一个比赛，一场没完没了的比赛直到我们离开这个世界。。 是的，猜猜看。。那真正的结束就是当我们离开的那一天。。 是的，我们总有一天会离开的。。 那为什么在我们还在时，好好的享受我们的生命，而同时成为非常的觉察到什么是真的添加的还有什么是消耗的。。然后我们都是被教成消耗者而不是投资者。。 消耗就好像在做我们不爱的东西而不是在滋养我们的心的。。 那时在消耗我们的生命。。为生命添加生命。。是的，那又再次提醒了我在班里时。。CV真的是在我的生命的时间里添加了生命，还有为我的生命里添加了时间。。是的。。感恩CV来到我生命里。。 欢迎来到了这个丰足的世界！！耶！！！今天是我最美好的一天！！
